Using the service
Friday helps freelancers and small teams share written progress updates with clients. Each business has its own account. You are responsible for your account, password and the content you post.
Use the service lawfully. Do not upload content you have no right to share, send spam, or try to access another account.
Private links and content
You keep ownership of your content. You allow us to store it, display it and send it by email to provide the service.
Anyone with a project's private link can read its updates, download its attachments and reply. Clients can forward the link internally. Create a new link if the old one was shared by mistake.
Payment and cancellation
The plan is $49 USD per month, with unlimited projects and clients and no seat charges. Creating an account does not charge you. When billing is enabled, the checkout shows the price, taxes and renewal terms before you pay.
Dodo Payments is the merchant of record for paid subscriptions. You can manage or cancel a paid subscription using Manage billing. Contact us about refunds or billing problems. These terms do not limit rights you have under applicable law.
Availability and ending use
We do not promise uninterrupted service or email delivery. Keep your own copies of important content. We may restrict accounts that misuse the service. You can stop using the service and contact us to request account deletion; cancel any paid subscription as well.
Changes
We may update these terms as the service changes. We will notify account holders of material changes.
