Using the service
Friday helps freelancers and small teams share written progress updates with clients. Each business has its own account. You are responsible for your account, password and the content you post.
Use the service lawfully. Do not upload content you have no right to share, send spam, or try to access another account.
Private links and content
You keep ownership of your content. You allow us to store it, display it and send it by email to provide the service.
Each project has a random private link and an optional Friday-generated 4-digit PIN. Without a PIN, a person with the link can read updates, download attachments and reply. With a PIN, they need both. Links and PINs are access checks, not identity checks. Clients can forward either detail. Create a new link or select New PIN if an old detail was shared by mistake.
Payment and cancellation
The annual plan is $490 USD per year, or you can pay $49 USD per month. Both include unlimited projects and clients with no seat charges. Tax is added at checkout. 30 days free. No card needed. You will not be charged unless you subscribe.
Dodo Payments is the merchant of record for paid subscriptions. Cancel any time from your billing page using Manage billing. You keep access until the end of the period you paid for. Payments are final. These terms do not limit rights you have under applicable law.
Availability and ending use
We do not promise uninterrupted service or email delivery. Keep your own copies of important content. We may restrict accounts that misuse the service. You can stop using the service and contact us to request account deletion; cancel any paid subscription as well.
Changes
We may update these terms as the service changes. We will notify account holders of material changes.
